Our purpose is to make that first step easier: introduce people who want to write to incarcerated pen pals, set honest expectations about physical mail, and offer a thoughtful way to begin. Every profile belongs to a person with a story, interests, humor, regrets, and hopes — not just a listing to browse.
We built this to be different: welcoming rather than transactional, safe rather than careless, honest about what correspondence is and isn't. We will never pretend incarcerated members are writing to you online, and we will never make money requests feel normal.
